We ship world wide. Note: International shipping charges are only estimates.
Be sure before you order, that your country allows the kind of materials you are about to order, inported into your country.
UPS charges a dimensional weight fee that is not calculated when order is placed. For exact shipping costs please contact us.
We do not ship to PO or APO boxes.
UPS Ships only Monday thru Friday. Saturday shipping is available only on Friday and it needs to be Red Labeled as well as an additional $15 Saturday delivery fee. Please contact us by email or phone if you need that service.
If you place an order after 2:30 pm EST on Friday or on the weekend and request an express shipping such as 2nd Day that order will not go out until Monday. So please plan accordingly.
Latex products can freeze and ruin in winter months. We suggest you have them shipped at least 2nd day air. We've had great luck in shipping latex products in the winter. Please take note that you order at your own risk during freezing weather.

Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it. If you are missing an item check your invoice to see if it is on backorder. If it isn't contact us immediately and save all packaging. It is possible we missed an item in shipping or UPS has damaged your package, reboxed it and sent it on to you.
