We ship world wide. There will be customs fees if you are purchasing and shipping to a country outside the USA.

Be sure before you order, that your country allows the kind of materials you are about to order.

We ship only UPS using our account. FX Warehouse and UPS ships only Monday thru Friday and not on national holidays. Saturday delivery is available but there is an $20.00 extra fee and it must ship only on Friday Next Day Air. Email us separately makeuporder@fxwarehouse.info or call us 941-822-0050 to request that.

If you place an order after 2:30 pm EST on Friday or on the weekend and request an express shipping such as 2nd Day that order will not go out until Monday. So please plan accordingly.

Latex products can freeze and ruin in winter months. We suggest you have them shipped at least 2nd day air. We've had great luck in shipping latex products in the winter. Please take note that you order at your own risk during freezing weather.

Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it. If you are missing an item check your invoice to see if it is on backorder. If it isn't contact us immediately and save all packaging. It is possible we missed an item in shipping or UPS has damaged your package, reboxed it and sent it on to you.
