Dayglo Powder Pigments

pigments like all other UV pigments or paints are not FDA approved.
There are UV makeup available and used for the skin, they also
are not FDA approved. Use at your own discretion. These pigments
can be used as is in powder form or mixed in any mediums such as
mixing liquids, makes a great paint when mixed into gloss or matt
flexible sealer, silicone, and more. Highly concentrated.

Create a 3Degree burn by first applying a layer of Thick Blood

to expose the Thick Blood.
