Starter Palette has a variety of most requested colors. The colors can easily be applied with a brush, sponge or mascara wand. Use it alone, or mix the colors with any of the other Skin Illustrator tones to create your own unique blend of color.
All Skin Illustrator palettes must be activated with Skin Illustrator Slow Activator, Iso-Gel or 99% alcohol. Do not use anything else. Removal is easy with PPI's Telesis Super Solv or Telesis Makeup Remover.
