This is a foam latex prosthetic.
Foam latex prosthetics are basically a 1 time use. If you are very careful, use a lot of remover and take your time you may be able to get multiple uses. Each time you remove it, it will take off some of the blending edges.
Use ProAdhesive to adhere. ProAdhesive is a professional makeup prosthetic adhesive that will keep the piece on until removed. You'll need a special remover to take it off, Agent X is our Remover.
Paint it with RMG / Rubber Mask Grease or PAX Paint. This is shown on an adult female lifecast.
